does anyone else have it where when they cough, their eyes tear up more?

Definitely! Sneezes even moreso.

I don't hardly ever get sick, but the couple times I have had a cold in the past few years with DES...I have noticeable better days for my eyes while sick.

Wow! Same here! I've had a cough for quite a while now, and though it sucks to be sick, I love the tear difference.
