I have been working on a healthier diet (so far no improvements) and I see dairy is a disputed subject, as well as others, for positive results.
When I was a kid I discovered I was sensitive to milk so I cut back my intake. For several years I have been drinking lactose free milk and have had no adverse effects. Is it the lactose in dairy that is supposed to be inflammatory?
