Can people tell me if they have had benefits from taking this supplement? I have read a few things but I already take lots of different things so don't want to be a supplement junkie.

I've been taking it for about a month now and so far, no noticeable effects. But, it's excellent for joints and I have a bad hip so I'll continue to take it.

Like a lot of things, I used to take it. I bought a product called Syno-Vital; it comes in sachets.

To be honest, I don't know if I really felt any different because I was trying so many different things at the same time.

It's a tad expensive if you buy it from a health food shop but I bought mine from an online store - based in the Channel Islands - which was cheaper. (Still expensive though)
