Yes, I tried Serrapeptase some years ago - on the recommendation of a nutritionist. I'm afraid it didn't seem to make any difference so I gave up using it.

Thanks for the post. I have never heard of this product either. I use a product by NEWCHAPTER for inflammation called "Turmeric Force".

Apparently it's anti-inflammatory enzyme derived from silkworms.

I honestly don't know if there is any evidence for its efficacy.

I've been taking Serrapeptase almost daily for about two months now. But not for dry eye symptoms. I had read claims that it can help the body dissolve eye floaters. I figured this would be a shot in the dark, as I know no other supplements helped with floaters. In the past five months since LASIK the floaters have only gotten worse. I think the trauma of LASIK started a chain reaction with my vitreous that is still evolving. I sure hope they do not get progressively worse, or I'm not sure what I will do.
