I am looking into trying some eye vitamins in addition to eating Flax seeds and taking EFA's. I have only seen Lutein Eye vitamins at Whole Foods near me. I have also heard there is BioTears and TheraTears. Has anyone had any successful experience with Lutein or Bio or Thera Tears? I would greatly appreciate any positive feedback anyone may have had or other suggestions for different eye vitamins that have helped to improve their dry eye pain consistently. Also, has anyone found or tried Omega 3 eye drops?

vitamins
I agree with spmcc. Lutein, as far as I know, is mainly for macular degeneration. Though, maybe it couldn't hurt for dry eye?
I take a good daily vitamin from NOW (Daily Vits, I think it's called) and some solaray vitamins. I made my purchases after going to a local herbal/vitamin shop that is well known in the area and speaking to the owner. I also use Barlean's Omega Swirls for my fish oil (it's fun because it tastes good!)
