Taking Bottle gourd Juice to deal with dryness

I have been suggested to take "bottle gourd" juice to deal with worsening of eyes condition.

I would like to know that i have started taking the juice ,but does this increase the dryness of eyes (i felt a little more dryness)

Does this has any side effects on eyes.

I would like to add to the above comment that taking bottle gourd juice helped with the burning sensation in eyes.

I have searched the internet and it seems that there is no side effect from drinking this juice.It might be toxic but have to be sure ."dont take anything" before asking the doctor.
