I just wanted to share my experience with BioTears. I have been using them for a month and my shirmmers score went from a 0 in both eyes to a 4 in one eye and a 6 in the other. They really do work. It took about 3 weeks before I noticed a difference. I just wanted to share this incase anyone is curious and wanted to try it.
