Uk Flax/Fish Oil

I wonder if anyone from the UK could recommend me some good,high quality flax/fish oil.

I am currently using Theratears Nutrition but something that's a bit more potent. There are some I have seen recommended that are available in the US but not in the UK

However I was hoping to get something that wasn't in a capsule and was in the 1800 EPA & 1200 DHA range. I think Theratear is only about 450 EPA & 300 DHA???

I haven't used this website but they supply Barleans, which I think is one that many people rate as being OK.

Carlson's fish oils are really good and they are available in the UK. I like that they come in liquid form because I hate swallowing those huge gel caps I found this web site that might be of interest to you. Natural factors advertises a pharmaceutical grade fish oil. They are a pretty reputable company.

Nordic naturals (triglyceride form, sp?) is one of the best quality and most potent which you can get off Amazon. I take 3 tsps of the cod liver oil per day which gives 3500 mg of omega 3.

I've been taking flaxseed oil from Holland and Barrett for about 5 months (the actual oil, not tablets). Not sure how much effect it is having. Has anyone tried H&B flaxseed oil before or do you think the brands mentioned earlier in this thread are better? Thanks

I mentioned Lamberts in an earlier post. I prefer this brand to Holland & Barratts.

I know i'm being fanatic about the product but my advice would be to stop taking random sources of omega and trying some months of biotears.. you can take it from seeknatural.co.uk. I know it's more expensive but i still have to hear from someone who has taken it regularly and not noticed an improvement.
