Best flaxseed oil product

Hello,

I'm looking to order new flaxseed oil omega3. There are so many brands and some maybe more effective with MGD.
Can you advise me what is the best recommanded product for me knowing I prefer liquid instead capsule?

Flaxseed didn't do anythign for me. Nordic naturals fish oil helps.

If you have hpothyroidism, flax seeds are not good, they slow it down further.
