Just wanted to call attention to a new forum section:

This is a great place to post food / diet-related information. If you have a recipe to share (anti-inflammation diet, gluten-free, avoiding yeast, etc) this is the place to do it.
So many of us are trying or have tried various diets that can be very difficult, hopefully we can use this section to give each other ideas and more!
