anyone take Astaxanthin and/or GLA or their dry eyes?

i was reading that Astaxanthin and GLA both help dry eyes.. my eye doc doesnt think they will.. was curious if either or both supplement has helped anyone on here with their MGD and .or dry eye..

I took Astaxanthin for a few months, no difference in my DES symptoms.

Every day with DES is like a box of chocolates...You never know what you're going to get.
