Supplement that won't flare up my acne?

Hello,

I'm currently taking multivitamin, but I want something that will help sooth my dry, extremely-red eyes.

My skin is acne prone, so I don't want something with lots of oil.

Someone I know was using Visionace, will that be good for my dry eyes?

Any other recommendations?
