If you are taking Cod liver oil, please be careful about the dose. It contains a lot of vitamin A. An adult should not have more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A a day without it hurting you. The number may be lower for some people. Not all omega three has this much vitamin A. Examples are samon and sardine. I learned I was taking too much vitamin A which can harm you!
