Are "dry eye" fish oil formulations TRULY any better than ordinary fish oil supplements? Even Systane has now come out with such a product. Is this just pure marketing hype, or are there possibly potential benefits of such formulas? Any and all thoughts would be appreciated. Also, if anybody has found any particular brand of fish oil supplements to be beneficial (regardless of how it is marketed), I would greatly appreciate it if you could mention which brand you have had success with.
