So why isn't AM applied to lid-margins when applying ****** Probe as well?
Why not AM instead of lidocaine - which is comparatively primitive?

Even better could be mesenchymal stem cells plus prp.

I asked the opthalmologist if he used anything like Prokera and he said a few times but does not do it for dry eyes. Since mine appears to be immune related, it may not work for me if it's due to constant inflammation that cannot stop. That makes me sad as I have really been struggling for years, and even more in recent times, but am so glad it can work for other dry eye cases.

Don't give up hope, because humanity (doctors included) tend to often make things more complicated than they need to be. For example, see how Dr.****** actually =designed= a tool, while his colleagues were naysayers...

Enough people have had their issues resolved once their lids were unclogged and/or cornea's repaired.

After that's accomplished (and yes, it could be a 50/50 chance):
...then its a matter of realizing that environment impacts on a person as well - not just genes which doctors harp on. So its advisable to minimize inflammatory stuff such as UV light, chemicals, stress, and also keeping oneself cool and moisturized. Its a matter of heeding the call of what your body wants. It screams for coolness? So apply cool-wet cloths. Apply White tiger balm to temples. Take Gabapentin. Coffee/and/cream. Others advise arginine, whereas with me, lowfat-lysine diets agree with me.

I've talked to two dry eye specialists about Prokera, one of which is renowned, and they both confirmed what you are suspecting. I have nerve damage as a result of dry eye and was told that Prokera would not help me. I wish I could remember the exact explanation as its been a while but I think it was something to the extent that it would not help because I dont have damage to my cornea.

I also was told that you are not the right candidate for AMT. I went to 2 doctors and both told you cant have AMT since you are not eligible . I don't know what doctors see and judge as almost most people having LASIK suffer from dryness as well as nerve pain and the options available should be tried out for. They did risky LASIK surgery and didn't bother at that time , so why the problems now...
