Cod Liver Oil

Has anyone used Cod Liver oil effectively for treating MGD/ improving the quality and consistency of the meibum as well as belpharitis and dry eyes? If so, can you recommend a high quality cod liver oil to try? And how long were you taking it before you noticed results?

I am 70% better by diet only. Cod liver oil by Rosita helped me 30% over night literally. I firmly beliave that should be first line of treatment for absolutely any dry eye patient.
