Olive oil tip

Hi,

I used to use eye drops several times a day till I started taking

a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil three times a day for arthritis.

To my utter surprise it almost solved the dry eyes problem.I only use drops occasionally

now.

I wonder if you would mention this in your forum so I

would not have to register just for that ? If it helps just one person

it would be worth it.

EVOO is high in Omega 3's, anti-inflamatory. So this makes perfect sense.

There's a study out there, I think it was Martin who posted it, on the benefits of different oils, including olive.
