Use of Fish Oil

Have used Paragon and Physians Recomended both are very expensive relatively speaking.Getting ready to reorder something.Have you used a Fish Oil product that shown improvement with your dry eyes??

My omeg 3 & 6 are more than double.
I eat nuts/seeds daily with salad, milk or with cooking - I can see what I eat. healthy and economical!

MGD1701: in regards to mercury, fish that are smaller and lower on the food chain tend to have much safer levels of mercury. I think most fish oil comes from small fish.
