To alison and santa, how much have you guys been taking?

i ask becose i tried to take 15 mg a day but had to quit in a matter of weeks becose my eyes seemed to have an allergy reaction to it. now i know my dosage was high and i've been thinking about trying to cut to half of that and restart..

I took it for almost two years. No change in my eyes at all.

Same here. I have MGD and I've been taking astaxanthin for at least 4 months.
