  • White Tea

I drink 6 cups of white tea a day. No milk or sugar, and I reuse the tea bag, so I probably only use two tea bags. Whenever I drink it I find my eyes look and feel much better. I know it's full of antioxidants etc. So they are obviously doing their thing.

It might be worth trying if you're struggling. I tried drinking plain water instead but it didn't have the same effect. Be careful about the brand of tea, I know some tea bags have toxic chemicals in them. Hopefully this will help someone. It's cheap and worth a go!

Is the relief temporary or longer (1-2 hours) ?

I would say the relief is for the whole day. Even when I go home, and use the ac in the car, they feel better than they would had a not drunk the tea.

Of course, I wonder how much is in my head.

This is an interesting article, even though it seems a little counter-intuitive - we are usually told as dry eye patients that we should limit caffeine consumption!
