I am trying lacritec at the moment however have not noticed any improvement. They say it can take up to three months to notice the effects. The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day. However, the amount of DHA/EPA per capsule is only 200mg, making a daily total of 600mg. I am not sure this is enough to provide any benefits. Most studies i have read recommend 2g plus for dry eye symptoms. It does have some ALA from flaxseed and GLA from borage oil in it too.
