Hi, ive just bought this item soon coming, has it helped for your oils at all? Have you noticed any improvement? i've been on a few fish oils and no luck. So i couldn't recommend anything sorry! -
I am considering taking Astaxanthin and Resveratrol for my mgd and dry eyes in addition to the fish oil i am currently taking. Has anyone taken this and had success with it?Comment

To be honest my eyes are so back and forth I am not sure what works. I have stopped this and now use plain fish oil since it is cheaper. I do not see a difference either way.Comment
