Hi,
I was reading the ingredients for Dry Vites and it was labeled as follows:
Serving size: 3 softgels; Servings per container: 40; Amount per serving: Salmon Oil 1,000 mg (EPA 80 mg, DHA 120 mg); Vitamin E 2.5 IU; Flaxseed Oil cold pressed 500 mg (Omega-3 250 mg, Omega-6 75 mg).
I don’t totally understand how that 1000mg of Salmon Oil and EPA 80mg and DHA 120mg fits in.
Are those 80mg and 120mg in addition to the 1000mg, or that 1000mg of Salmon Oil contributes or is equivalent to 80mg and 120mg of EPA and DHA?
Similarily for the Flaxseed Oil.
Thanks,
Snow_Queen
