Dunno where to put this, but I have sore eyelids as part of my eye problems, and have looked at trying to eat the right things.
I figured any skin problems could be helped by eating food thats rich in Vitamin A (I don't like "supplements, I prefer food) as well as a couple of other additions to my daily diet and I can definitely say I have seen some improvement over the past month. I started eating 4 dried apricots a day (apparently they help with mucous membranes in the body eg the inner eyelid) and 1 carrot daily, as well as 1 pot low fat yogurt (SKI). I still take 1000mg omega3s etc. I also try sweet potatoes every couple of weeks, and things like nuts (5 almonds a day).
Anyway normally I wouldn't bother posting stuff like this but I have seen real definite improvement in the last few weeks, and my diet is the only thing thats changed. I'll stick to it and see what happens in the long term.
