Does Vitamin C helps?

I just started taking large dose of vitamin C... i would like to kno if it has helped someone here...

Dont think it helps DE
I take it too - but to ward off infections and as an anti-oxidant (helps prevent heart disease, arthritis,cancer and other degenerative ailments )
Certainly no harm in taking it, and you cant overdose - you just get diorrhoea if you take too much
