Isn't theratear nutrition just omega-3 plus flaxseed?

it makes more sense to buy omega-3 + flaxseed separately which is cheaper than getting a bottle of theratear nutrition..

I'm not sure about biotears but i'm on theralife dry eye right now and seems to help little bit..

Theratears Nutrition is a blend of fish oil and flaxseed oil. It can be either cheaper or more expensive than taking fish oil and flaxseed oil separately - it depends on the brands/qualities you buy. But the point of the blended oils is supposedly to optimize the balance of the different types.

i am currently taking 3,000 mg. of the barleans flax oil every day, is that sufficient or should i be adding some fish oil to the mix also. it is all so confusing to me. thanks for any help.

            Curious also

I'd like to know myself. I just read where it is better than the flaxseed capsules.
