Turning back the clock...
Hey Lucy,
Yes, wouldn't it be great if we all could turn back the clock and re-think a decision or two in our lives? Yikes...I could think of a few off the top of my head right now. But...I can't so I just have to go on and do the best I can.
I'm very happy that your nieces are doing well. Good for them...I know exactly how they feel. I spent most of my 42 years morbidly obese and not fitting in the world...now it's like I have a whole new lease on life. All the things "normal" sized people take for granted...yikes...there are too many things to list. With my bypass, I feel I've been given a tool to help me maintain my healthy weight and be successful. That's all it is really...a tool. You can abuse it if you're not careful.
