Omega 3 & 6 oils ???

How long does it take before a benefit is seen from taking a supplement such as BioTears or any supplement that has the Omega oils that are supposed to help dry eyes?

It has not yet been proved that the omegas do improve the "dry eye". They are still in early stages of development as a treatment, even though they are on the market.

Omega 3 and 6 oils

I took them for a month before I felt like they helped me some. It could be just in my head, but I swear they did help. Of course, my cholesterol numbers are excellent now, as that is what they were for originally. No heart disease, but the eyes are still dry!
