    something i always wondered and still do... is what time of the day is the best for consuming supplements such as Omega 3's and Doxycycline? after breakfast? after lunch? after dinner?

    at the moment i take my omega's after dinner about 8pm. but when is the best time to take them to get the most benefit from them?

    I was told, when I used Doxycycline, to take it before breakfast with a full glass of water. I don't think it makes a difference as to when you take supplements. It is probably more important to take them consistently.

      i take 4000mg omega 3's a day. that's 2 capsules in the morning after breakfast, and 2 before i go to bed. i do think they help, but the results are very much long-term (3 months at least).

        Doxycycline is an antibiotic that also has anti inflammatory action and should be taken on an empty stomach, especially with out dairy/calcium products.

        Omega 3 can be taken any time, preferrably with a full glass of water
