Someone made a post a couple of weeks ago about the NATROL hair, skin and nails vitamins helping with post-LASIK dry eye.
I decided to give it a try and it has really helped me so far.

It must be the MSM or Silica, as the other product has MSM as well. MSM is sold as a supplement on it's own. MSM has many unscientific uses such as eye inflammation. MSM is being studied for allergic rhinitis and researchers suspect that MSM might have anti-inflammatory properties.

Drops, were is the post about Natrol a couple of weeks ago? I think it was a different supplement for Hair skin nails.

Do you think the supplement has been the change? How long post-lasik are you? Are totally comfortable now? I'll try anything -- it just seems like nothing really works ;(
