Has anyone tried these vitamins for dry eye relief? What was your result?

For a few years now, I have been taking a product with a very similar sounding name to this. My diet is rich in omega 3s and fresh veg - everything one is meant to take for maintenance of good eye health.

My eyes are bone dry and probably worse than they were before. In my case they don't seem to have done any good at all. It makes sense to keep up the good diet but I will probably discontinue the capsules.
