Hi all. Barleans sells both these products and I've been using the "High EPA/DHA," two or three a day. I tend, sometimes foolishly, to assume that "more is more" when it comes to medicines/treatments of this nature. Is it possible there could be adverse effects from taking the "stronger" Omega 3s? Does anyone have success using these pills? Thanks.
