  • Aclovate Cream

    Hi all:

Went to the doc yesterday and now am on a new regime.

He prescribed Aclovate Cream to use on eyelid once a day for one week along with my usual Restasis, Docy pills (20 mg.), Alrex (twice a day) and Azasite for one week each month on eyelid only. How does all of this sound...oops! Also I use Oasis tears 2 x a day.

Anyone on this type of regime??

Aclovate supposedly is a very mild steroidal cream to be used on the upper eyelid...to help with the inflamation. I do not have any other facts on it but my doctor told me to use it sparingly 1 x day for one week and then decreasing it to 1 x day every other day for 4 days and then 1 x day as needed.

I am also on Doxy (20 mg) daily for two months
Azasite 1 x day for one week every month (does help)
      Restasis 2 x day indefinitely
OTC eye drop (trying Oasis at this time 2 x day.
