Is there any thing that has a similar effect to doxycycline on mgd? It works for me, but for some reason whenever I am on it it makes me really suspectable to getting colds. Have like a constant cold when on it in the winter. Which stops when I cease taking it. Ayzter didn't work for me. Thanks for any ideas.

Why did Azyter not work for you? What happened? Topical Azithromycin is doing wonders for me.
You could try giving Oral Azithromycin a try as well.
What is your Doxy doseage? at around 20-40mg/day, it should not have an effect on your immune system -- perhaps the colds are just a coincidence? -
Azter irritated my eyes and lead to more imflammation. I'm on 50mg of doxy. I have been on 100mg before after I had laser eye surgery a few years back. I bought the 50mg online myself as it is a struggle to get an appointment with my eye doc due to the pandemic.Comment

I guess when I see my eye doc again. He won't be happy I had tryied this myself. Appointments have been difficult do to the pandemic though.Comment
