Time release Doxycycline.

Is there a benefit of 40mg time release Doxycycline. As apposed to 50mg normal Doxycycline. Thanks

40mg is probably a lower dosage (good in that u get less of a systematic drug), while yet probably have good/better distribution (e.g., time released). you smooth out the drug concentration as a function of time (which i presume to be a good thing).

so i would assume 40mg time release is better than 50mg.
