Doxy = Counterproductive?

Even the 40mg pill? I wonder if Doxy can make the sebhorrea part (for those who have it) of dry eye worse. Most notebly between the brows and around the lids n stuff. My guess is yea.

If that is the case then topicals like azasite might too cause more harm than good.
