Does your insurance cover FreshKote?

My doc ordered FreshKote for me to try. I love the stuff. Unfortunately, my drug plan did not pay one penny of the cost, nearly $42 for 15 ml. Does anyone here have a plan that covers FreshKote?

No, mine does not.

Mine doesn't. I usually buy it at the local Walgreen's, but they have been raising the price $3 each time I refill it (this time it was about $48)---that was my "limit". I finally got sick of being ripped off by Walgreen. I checked around, and Costco was the cheapest (about $37) and CVS next (About $38).

I've been insured through both cigna's international insurance and aetna's international insurance (which has different requirements/limits than insurance that only applies to your own country) and both have covered my freshkote. My copay, if I've paid one, was about 5$ at walgreens.
