Dakrina

Does anyone know if you can use Dakrina while wearing contact lenses? And does anyone know where you can get Fresh Kote?

None of Dr. Holly's drops (Dwelle, Dakrina, FreshKote, NutraTear) are labelled for contact lens use (which requires a different type of FDA approval than artificial tears). Sometimes prescribing doctors will use artificial tears as lens wetters on an off-label basis, but you should consult your doctor. FreshKote is made at a compounding pharmacy called Apothecure, and at present requires a prescription. See www.apothecure.com for contact details.
