Anyone remember drops that came in a glass bottle?

I used to have dry eyes about 8 years or so ago, but the problem went away. At the time, my eye doctor reccommended these eye drops that came in glass bottles (brown, kind of squarish) with a rubber eye dropper? They worked really well and I can't seem to find it anywhere anymore (probably because I can't recall their name). Anyone remember what I'm talking about and know where I can find the same formulation (if it still exists?).

Its one of the few that dont have a rebound affect on my eyes! Very gentle!
