Tears Again liposome spray and punctal plugs/nasal issues

Has anyone tried this Tears Again Advanced Liposome Spray??? My eye doctor recently told me about this because of the lid pain I keep expiriencing on the lash line but its meant for dry eye pain as well. Anyone try and have success?
Secondly, I've had punctal plugs in since about july. At first I felt some sort of pressure around my nose. Recently, my nose has been very dry and I had a bloody nose today..could this be because of the plugs? (Grant it it also coudl be because the weathers changing to be colder..but i wasnt sure..)

I'm using Tears Again myself, but I don't notice a difference to be honest (except it stings if you spray right into your eye lol) but the cooling sensation on the lids from the alcohol in this stuff is cool.
As for your dry nose, you could try isotonic sea water sprays to keep them moist. There are also special oil sprays for the nose around. A Sjogren patient should know more
