Alternative to Systane Balance drops

Are there any drops alternative to Systane Balance eye drops?

Why do you ask? I was thinking of buying systane balance today for the first time, and this question makes me wonder if you had a bad experience with them.

No bad experience. Systane Balance is very good. It's just that I am in India right now for few months, and here Systane Balance is not available. So I was wondering if there are any other drops similar to Systane Balance that contains oils. I am desperately looking for drops containing oil.
