Not really. I think that Dr. Holly has said that ideally they would not be used more frequently than say every 1.5 to 2 hours, but that using them more frequently would not be harmful. It's my personal non-medical opinion that if anybody uses tears that frequently they should be exploring other treatment options more aggressively. Also see my 'today's tip' about saline rinses.
