Kikui nut oil??

According to this article, kikui (they all it aleurites in this study ) does wonderful things for eyes in this study. Should we be rubbing this around our eyes every night? Especially instead of castor oil?

I don't think putting oil around your eyes is a bad thing. There are lots of people that use it as a moisturizer. I would just make sure you apply with maybe a cotton ball or very clean hands. Also, don't get too much on your lashes. You probably don't want these oils getting in your eye. If you have dry eyes, or constant tearing, it can really mess up the skin around your eyes! Sometimes getting a bit of relief for the delicate skin in this area is just as important as keeping your eye moisturized.
