Is there a poll out there that shows which drops work best for severely dry eyes?

There are lots of polls. However, they are usually sponsored by the manufacturers and coincidentally all show that the drop from the manufacturer in question is the preferred one.

Independent studies are needed.

Yes it'll be great to knwo what work best for us....Systane preservative free is what I use.
