tinnitus and eye drops and gels

I was just diagnosed and the doc gave me Theratears gel and drops. In just a few days my very mild tinnitus became so overpowering I was going nuts!! has anyone had this? I was thinking something homeopathic might help, but I have no idea where to begin. Any ideas???

Thanks so much. I tried homeopathic tears and the tinnitus was reduced to its old mild self and my eyes are feeling good.
