Artificial tears with lipids

Can anyone advise on the BEST PF drop to use for MGD. I read to use ones with lipids, any suggestions ??

I am waiting on some Retaine MGD preservative free drops. I have dry eyes as a result of mgd and i have terrible visual symptoms including ghosting/ shadowing, glare, streaking, halos, starbursts, blurring etc. The symptoms are so bad i can't drive at night and at times struggle to read text with my prescription glasses on. Eye doc thinks it has to do with the makeup of the tear film. For some reason the meibomian glands are producing poor quality meibum oil. I have had lots of scans to rule out other issues. Does anyone have experience with using these drops? Do you think they will help with the visual symptoms?
