Preservative Free Drops

I'm sure this has been answered before, but for how long do people re-use these drops after opening? I use restasis and have refrigerated it and re-used it for more than 24 hours with no problems..thanks

Hi Max52,

Currently I'm using preservative free drops which come in resealable single-use vials (just like the restasis vial). I use one every 24 hours, unless it runs out.

I don't actually refrigerate them because I take them out with me in a clean make up bag. In very hot weather I'll add a small cold pack.

I was told by an ophthalmologist and pharmacist that no refrigeration for preservative free drops is ok for 24 hours.
