How many of you were heavy computer users when your dry eye started?

And if so, how many hours a week were you using a computer at that point? Was anyone here a light computer user at the time?

I was. Sometimes it was like 80-90 hours a week. I don't know how I was able to do that. Now I'm suffering when I'm at work 8 hours a day (=40 hours a week).

I was as well. Maybe 5 hours per day.

Me too. 11-12 hours in week days and 5-6 hours/day in weekends

Yep. Lots of spreadsheets. Was wearing contact lenses at the time, so double whammy.
