I've keep having rce and my eye doctor has said I should use lacrilube at night. I currently use lumistil but its not stopping the rce happening. My question is I find it difficult to use lacrilube as it goes it just spills out everywhere when I try to get it out. Is there a knack to it. Also what has worked for you re recurrent cornezal erosions? I've been told luckily there's no damage to my eyes which is good but it keeps happening my eye lids sticking to the eyes.
