  • Where can I find the detailed info on how Dr. Holly's drops work?

I think someone referenced a link on very specific info on how Dwelle and Nutratear drops actaully work. I am wondering if someone can provide that link so that I can read more on these drops.

    Thanks,
    Cass

    Hi, Cass.

Here is my favorite article, written by Dr. Holly:

    http://www.dry-eye-institute.org/vit...ml#Article%201

I like how he sets up the issues for my condition, which is an epithelium whose problem is on the underside rather than on the outer-side.:

"[...]if the surface epitheliopathy is the primary event, then the topically used drops should be able to heal the surface epithelium, possibly by the virtue of their nutrient content or other biochemically active component. Over the healed surface, then, a continuous tear film would form. Hence, the biophysical factors in such a case would only play a role in the maintenance of a stable tear film."

If you have access to the government documents, you might like this one. I do not have access but read only the abstract:
